The Consulate does not and cannot authenticate any of these documents. Both Argentina and the United States follow the “Hague Legalization Convention,” according to which, for a document to be used in Argentina, it needs to bear an “Apostille,” issued by the State authentication authority. Where can I get the Hague Legalization Convention “Apostille” certificate on a document?
